These terms govern your use of RealtorIQ, a product of Syfre Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

RealtorIQ is a voice-first assistant that helps real estate professionals create documents, generate market appraisals, manage tasks and connect their existing tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use any connected accounts or data you add.

Acceptable use

Use RealtorIQ lawfully and only for legitimate real estate business. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe others’ rights.

Your content and AI-generated documents

You retain ownership of the content you provide. RealtorIQ generates drafts using AI and third-party data; these are a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy and compliance before you rely on, send or sign it. RealtorIQ does not provide legal advice.

Intellectual property

The RealtorIQ software, branding and content are owned by Syfre Pty Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service in line with these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using RealtorIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.
